1) Acceptance of the Terms

By using the website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place a booking request.

2) Provider identity and pre-contract information (for online reservations)

When you book online as a consumer, before you are bound you are provided with key information about the seller/executor and essential deal terms in accordance with Ukrainian consumer-protection rules.

3) Booking terms

A reservation is subject to availability and confirmation by the provider. You are responsible for providing accurate details. Rates, check-in/check-out expectations, and other key terms are provided at the time of booking or in the reservation confirmation.

If the deal cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control (including availability constraints), we will inform you and propose an alternative where possible.

4) Outdoor activities scheduling disclaimer (weather/availability dependent)

Where outdoor activities are offered, scheduling and implementation may depend on weather conditions, safety requirements, and operational availability. Activities are not guaranteed. We may adjust, postpone, or cancel activities for safety or force-majeure reasons, including adverse weather or temporary unavailability of necessary services.

5) Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hollowicket.com is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We aim to provide accurate information, but some details may change due to operational factors. In case of discrepancies, your reservation confirmation and information provided at the time of booking prevail to the extent permitted by law.
